Our Story

Albatros is a sympathetic family restaurant situated on island Hvar in Stari Grad, small picturesque town next to the main square “Ploca” and 50 meters from the harbour. It is housed in a ancient house built centuries ago. Restaurant Albatros acquires to deliver exceptional experience with gastronomic delights of our traditional dalmatian cousine with a great selection of wines. Albatros counts to one of the best and tasteful fish restaurants on the island HVAR and all over the Dalmatian coast. But any kind of other dishes and meals are served, too.
